Total amount of shares: 1,558,970, including:

• 1,179,757 ordinary registered non-certificated shares with RUB 1 par value, state registration number of issue 1-01-02600-А as of June 9, 1995;
• 379,213 preferred registered non-certificated class A shares with RUB 1 par value, state registration number of issue 2-01-02600-А as of June 9, 1995.

The original shares (ordinary and preferred) were allocated in accordance with the Privatization Plan of «Gazavtomatika» (State Company for Automation of Gas Industry Companies) approved on March 23, 1995 by the Property Management Committee of the City of Moscow.

Allocation of 2nd share issue allows raising RUB 31,377,910, including RUB 2,401,800 in the form of cash and RUB 28,976,030 worth industrial equipment for production of distribution equipment.

According to the Order of the Regional Office of the Federal Financial Markets Service in the Central Federal District as of December 13, 2005 no. 3040, issues of ordinary registered non-certificated shares in OJSC «Gazavtomatika» OJSC «Gazprom» were consolidated, which resulted in revocation of the following state registration numbers assigned to issues of ordinary registered non-certificated shares in OJSC «Gazavtomatika» OJSC «Gazprom»: 73-1П-5084 as of June 9, 1995 and 1-02-02600-А as of June 8, 2001. The above issues of ordinary registered non-certificated shares in OJSC «Gazavtomatika» OJSC «Gazprom» were assigned with the following state registration number: 1-01-02600-А as of December 13, 2005.

According to the Order of the Regional Office of the Federal Financial Markets Service in the Central Federal District as of December 13, 2005 no. 3040, the state registration number assigned to the issue of preferred registered non-certificated class A shares in OJSC «Gazavtomatika» OJSC «Gazprom» – 73-1П-5084 as of June 9, 1995 – was revoked. The above issues of preferred registered non-certificated class A shares in OJSC «Gazavtomatika» OJSC «Gazprom» were assigned with the following state registration number: 2-01-02600-А as of December 13, 2005.

According to the Order of the Regional Office of the Federal Financial Markets Service in the Central Federal District as of March 5, 2011 no. 73-11-308/ПЗ, information about OJSC «Gazavtomatika» OJSC «Gazprom» was amended after registration of the securities issue information: name of the joint-stock company was changed to PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya».

In accordance with written explanations provided by the Financial Markets Service of the Bank of Russia regarding the procedure for assignment of the state registration number and securities issue registration date in case of revocation of the previously assigned state registration number(s), the register of holders of registered securities issued by OJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya» was amended on February 7, 2014, the securities issue(s) registration date:
