PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" delivered automated gas distribution station “Saratov-M” for the "Reconstruction of the Muzhukai GDS" facility.

PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" produced and delivered equipment of the “Saratov-M” automated gas distribution station (AGDS) for the "Reconstruction of the Muzhukai GDS" facility.
The main technological equipment of the AGDS was manufactured by LLC Plant "Saratovgazavtomatika", and the automated control system "Magistral-21" and pressure regulators RDE – by LLC Firm "Gazpriboravtomatika". These Companies are subsidiaries of PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya".
The maximum capacity of the gas distribution station is 15 000 nm3 per hour. AGDS is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of technical specifications, regulatory and technical documentation, and STO Gazprom.
The equipment of AGDS "Saratov-M" was produced in difficult sanitary and epidemiological conditions and in short time, but the work was completed in accordance with the facility commissioning schedule.

AGDS "Muzhukai" is designed to provide natural gas to industrial and municipal consumers of the Muzhukai village and residents of the Babayurtovsky district of the Republic of Dagestan.
The existing gas distribution system parameters did not allow meeting in full the region's demand for natural gas and, due to the need for uninterrupted gas supply and for providing the possibility of additional gas consumers connecting, it became necessary to produce this AGDS at new premises with the productivity increase to 15,000 nm3/h.
