PJSC “Gazprom avtomatizatsiya” has started a large-scale project to manufacture automated gas distribution stations (AGDS) for the procurement of capital construction facilities of PJSC “Gazprom”.

As part of the investment program of PJSC “Gazprom” for the Russian Federation Regions Gasification in 2022-2025, PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" has started to manufacture automated gas distribution stations (AGDS) for the procurement of capital construction facilities of PJSC “Gazprom”.
In 2022, PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" will produce AGDS "Saratov M" designed for:

- "Reconstruction of GDS Safonovo", with a capacity of 80.0 thousand nm3/h;

 "Reconstruction of GDS Zhukovo", with a capacity of 80.0 thousand nm3/h;

 "Gas pipeline branch to the city of Ustyuzhna, Vologda region", with a capacity of 63.7 thousand nm3/h;

 "High-pressure gas pipeline and AGDS in Zelenoborsky village", with a capacity of 5.0 thousand nm3/h.

The plant is performing the design engineering works, and the production facilities are equipped with the key components of the production equipment necessary for AGRS manufacture. 

 

Stations for projects of "Reconstruction of GDS Safonovo" and"Reconstruction of GDS Zhukovo" are structurally a new generation of AGDS (AGDS-NP1). This, the employees of the plant face the challenge of implementing standard technical requirements (STR) to AGDS-NP.  

It is also worth noting that in 2022, we are continuing the manufacture of AGDS within the investment projects "Reconstruction of the gas pipeline branch and GDS "Selyatino" with the construction of the PMC-20" (with a total capacity of 450.0 thousand nm³/h) and "Overhaul of the GDS of Kashira Serpukhov Gas Pipeline Management Directorate" (with a capacity of 449.0 thousand nm³/h).

Automated gas distribution stations (AGDS) are designed to supply gas to localities, industrial facilities, and other consumers in specified volumes at a certain pressure, the necessary degree of purification, odorization, and gas flow measurement. Its design of AGDS "Saratov M" provides easy access for operating personnel to controls and process equipment for maintenance and repair.
