Dividend policy and history

Dividend policy of PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya» (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) is based on the principle of rational distribution of the Company’s earnings. The Company will distribute a part of its net income as dividends. The Company acknowledges the importance of receipt by the shareholders of income from their investments, provided that such income does not need to be provided solely in the form of dividends, because the net income which is not distributed in the form of dividends would ultimately increase the value of the Company’s assets and growth in the Company’s capitalization, and, therefore the shareholders’ wealth. The amount of the Company’s dividends will be determined by its financial condition. The Company’s shareholders will be entitled to receive the declared amount of dividends. The Company will establish such dividend payment procedure, which will be most convenient and which will comply with relevant statutory requirements.
