Social policy of PJSC “Gazprom avtomatizatsiya” is an integral part of the company's strategy and is designed to achieve the right balance between interests of the employer and its employees, improve productivity, produce the strongest economic performance, create safe labor conditions, provide social security and benefits, and improve labor management and remuneration.
The benefits package provided by the company covers each of the following categories: employees, their family members and the Company's retirees.
The fundamental relationships between the employer and its employees are governed by the Collective Labor Agreement of PJSC “Gazprom avtomatizatsiya” for 2016–2018. In 2013, PJSC “Gazprom avtomatizatsiya” and the company's Trade Union organization, a member of the trade unions association of the PJSC “Gazprom's” Interregional trade union organization, entered into a Social Partnership agreement to maintain the Company's social stability and honor obligations assumed to ensure work and rest conditions favorable to the employees.
Healthcare is provided under JSC “Sogaz” corporate voluntary health insurance program.
To motivate the employees, PJSC “Gazprom avtomatizatsiya” has implemented an incentive system whereby they receive the Russian Ministry of Energy awards and PJSC “Gazprom avtomatizatsiya” awards.
Multi-child families, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the company's retirees receive welfare payments.
Financial incentives for the employees' performance are also important. The social security and benefits system applies to the company's employees and retirees. Our employees receive the following welfare payments: financial aid, paid children's camp vouchers, partial compensation for childcare center expenses, partial payment for membership in sports and fitness centers. The company leases gyms from Moscow sports institutions for corporate sports games (football, volleyball).
