Social policy at PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya» is an integral part of the Company's strategy focusing on achievement of the balance of interests of the employer and employees, enhancement of production efficiency, achievement of the best possible performance, creation of a safe working environment, provision of social benefits and protection, as well as improvement of labor management and remuneration.
The Company’s “Social Package” and its content are developed for each category: employees, their family members and retirees.
Fundamental relationships between employees and the employer are governed by 2013-2015 Collective Bargaining Agreement of PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya». In 2013, in order to maintain the Company’s social stability and guarantee the liabilities assumed in respect of employee-friendly labor and recreation environment, the Social Partnership Agreement was entered into between PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya» and the Company’s Trade Union, which is a member of PJSC «Gazprom» Interregional Trade Union association.
Medical services are rendered by ‘Family Doctor’ clinic under PJSC «Sogaz» voluntary health insurance corporate program.
PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya» implemented the employee incentive scheme, which includes awards from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, PJSC «Gazprom» and PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya».
Welfare aid is provided to families with many children, World War II veterans and retirees of the Company.
Financial incentives provided to employees are important as well. The incentives and assurance scheme applies to the Company’s employees and retirees. Employees receive welfare payments – financial aid, payment for children’s summer camps, partial payment for recreation of employees and their families, partial compensation for kindergartens, partial compensation for using gym and sports facilities. Sports facilities lease agreement was entered into with ОJSC «Luzhniki» for the employees’ football games.
