PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya» HR policy focuses on creation of a competitive, highly skilled and solid team capable of finding efficient solutions to the company’s tasks. Vacancies are filled on a competitive basis taking into account the professional background, education and psychodiagnostics results. 

The Company’s activities are always accompanied with employee turnover and personnel development issues, which require from the staff to receive relevant training required for professional growth. PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya» is involved in the Continuous Professional Training System implemented by PJSC «Gazprom».    

Efficient cooperation between PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya» and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas has been continuing for many years. Their joint efforts resulted in establishment of the ‘Automation of the Unified Gas Supply System” laboratory. The laboratory has software and hardware facilities of all levels of control of the Russian Unified Gas Supply System. In 2009, the Academic, Research and Production Center at the Automation and Computing Technologies Department of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas was established on the basis of the branch of the ‘Automation of Technological Processes’ Chair of PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya». The Center, one of the key targets of which includes support of theoretical and practical training of specialists, is a unique example of cooperation between education, science and production. Leading instructors from the university deliver lectures for the employees in the Academic, Research and Production Center in order to upgrade their professional skills, and ‘Design of Automated Control Systems for Gas Industry Facilities’ online training course was developed and implemented.    

PJSC «Gazprom avtomatizatsiya» attracts young professionals and students of mostly technical majors. Their training process includes specific work related to the Company’s operations. They prepare their term and graduate theses under the guidance of qualified specialists. Such approach to work with students significantly reduces their adaptation period with the Company after graduation, which allows utilizing knowledge of young professionals in their practical activities with higher efficiency.
