PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" certified the occupational health and safety management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 45001:2018

In 2020 PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" certified the occupational health and safety management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 45001:2018 "The occupational health and safety management system – Requirements and Recommendations for use" under the voluntary certification system of the Russian Register.
The occupational health and safety management system of the Company is recognised as meeting the requirements of the indicated standard in regards to research, development, front end engineering design works (including those in the capacity of General Designer), construction, installation and commissioning works (including those in the capacity of General Contractor), production, supply and service in the field of automation, remote control, power engineering, metrological support and technological communication of enterprises in the fuel and energy sectors.

Implementation of an occupational health and safety management system allows to reduce the number of occupational diseases of employees, to ensure the reliable operation of the production process, create conditions for the implementation of new technologies to ensure industrial safety, to improve the effectiveness of the industrial safety management system through the introduction of a risk-based approach and of the effectiveness of the contractor management process at facilities, as well as to increase the involvement of personnel in solving issues in regards to ensuring industrial safety.
