PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" took part in the X St. Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF-2021)

In the period from 05 to 08 October 2021, the X Anniversary St. Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF-2021) was held in St. Petersburg, the largest industry event, which traditionally brought together the leaders of the gas industry on one platform. PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) took an active part in the business, congress and exhibition programs of the Forum. The Company presented its capabilities in the field of design and production of systems and equipment within the framework of the corporate exhibition exposition of the Department of PJSC Gazprom (V. Yu. Sharokhin) on the topic "Import Substitution in the Gas Industry". At the stand of PJSC Gazprom, the latest developments of PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" and its subsidiaries were demonstrated: a model of a hybrid automatic control system for a gas pumping unit ACS GPU "Neman-R" with a magnetic suspension control function, a software package "Gorizont", an electromagnetic suspension control cabinet ACS EMP "Neman-R-100" and programmable logic controller "Takt-U". Especially for the forum, a multimedia content was prepared - a presentation film in 3D format, demonstrating the main capabilities and technical characteristics of the hybrid ACS GPU "Neman-R".

On October 5, 2021, within the framework of the SPIGF-2021 exhibition program, Head of PJSC Gazprom Department V. Yu. Sharokhin presented the joint corporate exposition of the Department to Chairman of the Management Committee of PJSC Gazprom V. A. Markelov and, in particular, paid great attention to the systems and equipment of PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya". On October 6, 2021, as part of an official tour of the exhibition, the management of PJSC Gazprom headed by V. A. Markelov, the delegation visited the exposition of PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" for the second time, where the chief engineer N. M. Bobrikov presented the competencies of the Company and made a presentation of the latest developments of PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" for the honored guests.

The Gazprom delegation was especially interested in the Neman-R hybrid automatic control system of the GPU, manufactured on the basis of domestic software and hardware and combining the advantages of centralized and distributed automatic control systems. Demonstrating the layout of the system, N. M. Bobrikov noted that the hybrid ACS GPU performs the full range of functions of control, regulation, protection and diagnostics of the main and auxiliary equipment of the GPU.

The main advantages of using this system in comparison with analogs are: ensuring high factory readiness of the GPU due to the installation of a communication device with the object in close proximity to the technological equipment at the plant, reducing cable production, using unified technical means. For the import substitution of software systems for dispatching control of the enterprises of PJSC Gazprom, including for dispatching points of export gas pipelines, PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" presented solutions based on the software complex Gorizont.

In their report to the official delegation of PJSC Gazprom, the developers of the PC Gorizont noted that as a result of the localization and deep refinement of the PSIcontrol software product manufactured by PSI Software AG, their own know-how was implemented and continuity with the PSIcontrol product line, which had been previously implemented on dozens of dispatch centers of PJSC Gazprom enterprises, including export gas pipelines Nord Stream and South Stream. Since PC Gorizont is a “seamless” integration and replacement of PSI at all levels of management of the UGSS of the Russian Federation, this advantage in the future will allow PJSC Gazprom to preserve its earlier investments in imported software as much as possible.

The software complex Horizont is a full-featured solution for multilevel dispatching systems with automatic data synchronization and "hot" backup. The software package is manufactured in full compliance with the requirements of the import substitution and information security policy of PJSC Gazprom, has successfully passed a set of tests for prototypes of PJSC Gazprom, is certified in the INTERGAZCERT Voluntary Certification System, and is included in the Register of Russian computer programs and databases. "Gorizont" is currently being commissioned at the Slavyansky LPU NEG 2, versions have also been developed for the ASDU UGSS and dispatch centers of Gazprom PHG LLC.

N.M. Bobrikov also emphasized the advantages of another new development of the Company - a control system for the electromagnetic suspension of the rotor of a centrifugal compressor (ACS EMP "Neman-R-100"). This system is used in centrifugal natural gas compressors with magnetic rotor suspension. Implementation of "Neman-R-100" makes it possible to significantly increase the reliability of the GPU and, therefore, to fully realize the advantages of the magnetic suspension to increase the technical and economic efficiency of gas transportation.

Acting as an integrator of complex automation systems, in order to optimize the proposed technical solutions, PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" developed its own unified controller for building local automation panels and distributed control systems Takt-U. Presenting the development, N.M. Bobrikov noted that this controller has high technical characteristics and can be operated in a wide temperature range from -40 +80 C.

The Company's exposition aroused great interest of the honored guests and specialized specialists of the gas industry, who highly appreciated the innovative equipment based on domestic components, representatives of PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" answered all the questions of interest. The exhibition exposition of PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" was also reviewed by: Head of the Department of PJSC Gazprom V.Kh. Gertsog, Deputy Head of Department, Gazprom PJSC (V.Kh. Gertsog) V. V. As part of the congress program of the Forum, the Company's management attended the plenary session "Natural Gas: New Challenges and Solutions in the Global Energy Industry" and a closed meeting on the technological development of PJSC Gazprom.

The St. Petersburg International Gas Forum dates back to 2011. The priority task of the forum is to create a platform for effective interaction between the leaders of the gas industry. The forum can rightfully be called a gas event unique for Russia: in addition to a wide exhibition program, the SPIGF demonstrates a meaningful and relevant congress part from year to year.

For the tenth anniversary time, the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum became a platform where representatives of the largest oil and gas companies, innovation centers, design institutes, specialized universities and research institutes discussed global trends and government policy in the gas industry, priority industry projects and many other relevant topics.

The business program of the SPIGF-2021 is based on twenty directions. In addition to traditional topics, new topical issues were considered: trends in the development of compliance and ethics in companies in the gas processing and petrochemical sectors, the use of the capabilities of supercomputers and neural networks in the development of the gas industry, the system of training change project managers.

This year 370 companies from different countries took part in the exposition of the X St. Petersburg International Gas Forum. The exhibition covered all areas of the oil and gas industry - from production to consumption.
