PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya": new development trajectory

PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" is one of the Russian leaders in design, production, installation and maintenance of various process equipment and systems, an active participant in strategically important industry projects implemented by JSC “Gazstroyprom”.
Specifically, it manufactures and supplies the equipment and automation systems within the framework of the development of the Kovyktinskoye, Bovanenkovskoye and Kharasavei fields, the construction of the Power of Siberia and Ukhta-Torzhok-2 main gas pipelines, the project "Development of gas transportation capacity of UGSS of North-West Region". Thus, PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" has designed and implemented an automated domestic software and hardware based process control system for the gas treatment unit for transport at the Slavyanskaya Compressor Station. The comprehensive control algorithms enabled the fully automatic operation of GTP.

In 2022, one of the key projects for PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" will be the creation of engineering systems within the framework of the project for the construction of a complex for processing ethane-containing gas in the area of the Ust-Luga settlement. It will have the largest in terms of gas processing capacities in Russia and will be able to process 45 billion cubic meters of gas annually and produce 13 million tons of LNG. This project needs comprehensive integration of automation, communication and metrology systems providing for the effective control of the main and auxiliary technological processes, and for the information security of the entire complex. The other projects are also in progress.
