On the state of working conditions and safety at PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" and organizations for 2021
One of the key priorities of PJSC "Gazprom avtomatizatsiya" (the "Company") is to ensure safe working conditions for each employee. There is zero tolerance for violations of safety at work. For the purposes of any work, we expect our employees to strictly comply with the rules and requirements of occupational safety and health.
The management shall be responsible for improving safety culture and avoiding accidents. Therefore, we are continuously working to improve the occupational safety and health system, and we devote sufficient time and resources to identify our main occupational safety and health risks.
No matter where you work or what position you hold, your top priority is your personal safety and the safety of your employees. Preserving the health and life of your employees is more important than anything else. PJSC “Gazprom avtomatizatsiya” is committed to helping you ensure that each of you returns home alive, healthy and unharmed.
At the same time, I would like to note that no set of rules can provide for all dangerous situations arising in the workplace and answer all your questions. No rules can replace common sense and responsibility for one's own health and the health of others. Therefore, I ask you to remember that the safe conduct of work is our obligation to ourselves, our colleagues, relatives and friends.
Remember that a safety culture is not a document or a rule, but a way of life.
